Allison Stanton is a PHR Certified Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in HR management, administration, and people operations. She most recently served at a dynamic software startup, where she was instrumental in establishing the HR department and strategically managing the organization’s human capital. Prior to her dedicated career in Human Resources, she worked extensively in operational consulting and practice management in both corporate and private healthcare.

Allison holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Human Resources and Employment Law at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law through Arizona State University. She also enjoys traveling and learning about new countries and their cultures. Having spent much of her life in New England and Denver, Allison is an avid skier. Though she is presently located in Phoenix, Arizona where she enjoys her time with close family and two cats.
